You can share your tickets by logging into your account, and going to the "Tickets" page for your order, and opening the "Share Tickets" link above the download column of the tickets table. Once here, you can select the tickets you want to share, and then enter the contact info of the person you are sending the tickets to, before clicking "SHARE".
Ticket Sharing
Allows direct sharing of tickets from the owner’s account to the recipient’s account.
Rules:
- Sharing does not change ownership.
- The owner can share some or all tickets with multiple people.
- The owner can cancel invitations and recall tickets that are shared.
- Shared tickets can be re-shared by the recipient to anyone else.
Sharing Your Tickets
- Use the “Share Tickets” link from the receipt or Manage Tickets page.
2. Select the tickets to share and enter the recipient’s contact information.
3. Select ‘SHARE’ and the recipient is notified and invited to accept the tickets.
4. Track status from the receipt page, manage tickets or new Sharing History page.
5. Cancel pending or accepted tickets as needed.
Receiving Shared Tickets
1. Click the link from the invitation. The customer is prompted to Sign-in or Sign-Up.
2. Shared tickets are accessible from Account Overview or Sharing History
