How can I download my tickets?

Option 1: From your receipt


Tickets are attached to your emailed receipt in PDF and WalletPass formats. 


Option 2: From your account


1) In the top menu, select "My account"

2) Use the email address you used when placing the order. You can recover your password if needed.

3) Once logged in, you can view your order history and download receipts or tickets.

4) You may download your tickets in PDF form or directly to your Mobile device as a Wallet Pass (via Apple or Google Wallet)


PDF Tickets - use the E-Ticket link in your orders table to download 1 document that contains all your tickets. Tickets will print on standard 8.5 x 11" paper and will print 1 page for each ticket. You should not resize or attempt change the number tickets per page in order to not distort the barcode.


Wallet Tickets - use the Receipt link to view your order details. In the order details each of your tickets will be listed. Next to each ticket you will see an "Add to Apple Wallet" icon. Select this icon for each of the seats you wish to download to your device.


MobileWallet  - from your receipt page or by reversing your wallet pass, you can use the MobileWallet link to view all ticket barcodes in your order for direct scanning or sharing. The download buttons will allow you to save barcodes as pictures.


TIP: You should log into your account directly on your smart device when downloading Wallet Passes. You can use Wallet Passes with Android provided that you have a compatible App installed such as WalletPasses from the Google Play store.
